Tubi Will Livestream Super Bowl LIX For Free
Contents
Tubi, as you may know, is a free streaming platform, making it different from the likes of Netflix and others. If you already use Tubi for streaming and are a fan of the NFL, this news is for you. FOX has announced that it will livestream Super Bowl LIX for free on Tubi. If you aren’t already a Tubi user, you’ll have to sign up via email to enjoy the game.
Super Bowl LIX will be available to livestream for free on Tubi
Super Bowl LIX will kick off at 6:30 PM ET on February 9, with a pregame show also available for fans to watch. Notably, there’ll be a separate stream on Tubi that will include the Tubi Red Carpet event. Olivia Culpo will reportedly host the red carpet event at 3:30 PM ET on the very day. For those unaware, Culpo is the wife of San Francisco 49ers’ star Christian McCaffrey.
If you are wondering why FOX is being generous to fans this year, there’s a reason behind it. Reports from last year suggested that Super Bowl LVIII clash between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers was livestreamed illegally by a staggering 17 million viewers.
No wonder, FOX is aware of this. That’s why it is giving users free and easy access to enjoy the game. Of course, it is trying to kill illegal streams with this move. If you can’t watch Super Bowl LIX on your TV for any reason, FOX has got your back. You can also livestream the game on your smartphones and tablets using the Tubi app.
The game is expected to receive massive viewership
It’s worth noting that there’s no news on which two teams will clash on February 9. But, one thing is sure it will gain massive viewership as it did last year. Last year, the NFL announced that about 123.4 million viewers watch the game across all streaming platforms.
