Case in point: The Galaxy S25 Ultra is Samsung’s best phone so far this year, and it starts at a cool $1,300 before taxes. If you are impressed by the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s specs but want a better-looking device and are okay with spending money for it, Caviar has custom Galaxy S25 Ultra’s that can set you back by as much as $14,000!

With the launch of the Galaxy S25 series, Caviar, the creator of several luxury phones, cases, and accessories, has released a collection of custom Galaxy S25 Ultra phones. The series is named “Lunar Year,” celebrating the Year of the Snake. Many of these designs feature Ouroboros, a serpent biting its own tail, which symbolizes the infinite cycle of time, where every end marks a new beginning. In certain traditions, the snake symbolizes wisdom, renewal, and rebirth.

Caviar has two models in the new collection. The Galaxy S25 Ultra Ouroboros starts at a hefty $13,910 and goes up to $14,630 for the 1TB version. It comes complete with a 3D gold-plated Ouroboros made from fine gold. For symbolic reasons, an hourglass is embedded in the smartphone’s body. Only 25 pieces will be made, so you are guaranteed a level of exclusivity with your expensive purchase.

The second model is the Galaxy S25 Ultra Dark Ouroboros, which has a titanium ouroboros coiled in the shape of a clover and starts at $10,490. If you’re not much of a Samsung fan, the collection has a third model, the iPhone 16 Pro/Pro Max Infinity, which has a 24K gold ouroboros in a clover shape and starts at $10,130.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is also available in a few other Caviar designs. I like the look of Aquarius from their Zodiac collection, but starting a cool $10,990, that is just a few dollars more than what I prefer to spend on my smartphones (yes, this is sarcasm).
