Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Specs

Contents
The Galaxy S25 Edge is Samsung’s slimmest Galaxy S25 yet, blending top-tier specs with a streamlined design. It’s also powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and it comes with a 200MP camera for some stunning photos. Which you can view on the 6.7-inch QHD+ display.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is almost here, and while there’s still a couple more weeks to wait before consumers have one in their hands, all the details about the phone have now been fully revealed, and that includes the specs. For the most part, Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge is still a Galaxy S25 device. So there will be similarities between it and the other three phones in the series that launched earlier this year.
Of course, the major difference is the Edge’s ultra-thin design. It’s noticeably slimmer than any of the other models. The Galaxy S25 Edge does have some different specs, too, but that shouldn’t be surprising, as Samsung will have had to make some changes to slim down the phone.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge specs are kind of a blend of the other models
There are more than a few similarities between the other Galaxy S25 models and the Galaxy S25 Edge when it comes to the specs. However, not everything is a straight one-to-one. Samsung has kind of pulled specs from the series as opposed to one specific model. For example, the display is 6.7 inches at QHD+ resolution, which is the same as the Galaxy S25 Plus. It also runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite. However, the Galaxy S25 Edge has better cameras.
Specifically, it has a 200MP wide camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera on the back. On the Galaxy S25 Plus, the 200MP camera is swapped out for a 50MP camera. The Galaxy S25 Edge also only has two rear cameras instead of three like the other models.
Additionally, it has the smallest battery out of all Galaxy S25 series phones at 3,900mAh. This is compared to 4,000mAh in the Galaxy S25, as well as 4,900mAh in the Galaxy S25 Plus, and 5,000mAh in the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

For the most part, Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge isn’t much different from the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Plus when it comes to the internals. But it does have that thinner design, and that’s certainly going to appeal to some. It also looks a tiny bit different due to having two rear cameras instead of three. Overall, though, it looks pretty much the same.
Samsung is launching the Galaxy S25 Edge on May 30, with pre-orders starting on May 12. The price starts at $1,099.99 for the 256GB model, or $1,219.99 for the 512GB model.
