OPPO Find X8 Ultra Charging Details & More Confirmed

OPPO executive has confirmed the OPPO Find X8 Ultra charging details and some additional information. The person in question is Zhou Yibao, and he’s the OPPO Find series product manager.

The OPPO Find X8 Ultra charging details have been officially confirmed

With that being said, the OPPO Find X8 Ultra will support 100W wired and 80W wireless charging. It will be able to charge fully in only 35 minutes via a wire. It won’t take much longer wirelessly either, as long as you have OPPO’s charger that supports such speed.

That’s not all, though. Zhou also said that this will be a “super flagship” that will focus on imaging. In other words, you can expect very compelling cameras to be included, as expected.

What he also confirmed is that the device will be both IP68 and IP69 certified. That is something we expected following the launch of the OPPO Find X8 and Find X8 Pro, as both of those phones offer both certifications.

That’s all the information that he confirmed. The OPPO Find X8 Ultra is expected to see the light of day next month. It will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and it will have powerful specs in general.

The phone will also include a flat display and thin bezels

A flat display is tipped, with a quad-curved display on top of it. Very thin bezels are also expected, while a display camera hole will be a part of the offering as well. A large camera oreo will sit on the back of this phone.

In terms of cameras, a main 1-inch type camera is expected, probably Sony’s LYT-900 50-megapixel unit. A 50-megapixel ultrawide camera will also be included, as will a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera (Sony’s LYT-701 sensor, 3x optical zoom). A second periscope telephoto camera will likely also be a 50-megapixel unit, but with 6x optical zoom.

A 6,000mAh battery is tipped as well, a silicon-carbon unit. The phone will feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner as well. OPPO’s alert slider may be replaced with an action button.
