OnePlus’s Slim Magnetic Battery Is Finally Here — But There’s A Wireless Charging Catch

One of the most sought-after accessories for the OnePlus 13 is finally going on sale, starting today. That’s the OnePlus Slim Magnetic Power Bank, which is going to cost you $69.99. This is a 5,000mAh capacity battery that can attach to your OnePlus 13 (or any other Qi2 or MagSafe device) and charge it wirelessly.

Not only can you charge wirelessly, but there is also the ability to do wired USB-C charging. This is something we’ve seen on a few other power banks, but it’s not super popular. It can charge wired at 10W, as well as wireless at 10W, while the iPhone is stuck at 7.5W. Unfortunately, it’s not able to do the 50W wireless charging that the OnePlus 13 touts. This is most likely due to the size of this battery.

OnePlus was able to keep this battery pack nice and thin, as well as lightweight – it’s only 120g.
