A well-known tipster has just shared more information about the OnePlus 13T aka OnePlus 13 Mini. He not only revealed the timeframe for the phone’s launch, but also some of the device’s specifications too.
A compact flagship from OnePlus will launch in late April
The information comes from Digital Chat Station, one of China’s most accurate tipsters. First and foremost, the phone is expected to arrive in late April. He does not know the exact date yet, but there you go.
It’s easily possible it will launch in China first, but the device is tipped to make it to global markets as well. It will also have rather powerful specifications based on what the source said.
He once again mentioned that a 6.3-inch 1.5K display will be included. He also added that it will be a quad micro-curved display. So, the panel will be flat, but the glass on top will be slightly rounded on all four sides.
A huge 6,200mAh battery will be included, and 80W charging supported
He once again reiterated that a 6,200mAh battery will be included. That means that the smaller flagship will have a larger battery than its big brother. The OnePlus 13 comes with a 6,000mAh unit, and it has a much larger display.
Digital Chat Station also said that the phone will support 80W fast wired charging and be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. So, basically exactly what we expected, and most of this was rumored prior.
What we still don’t know is whether the phone will include two or three cameras on the back. Rumors differ in that regard. Either way, main and telephoto cameras will likely be 50-megapixel units. We do hope that OnePlus will use a periscope telephoto camera on the back.
