OnePlus 13T Debuts With Massive 6,260mAh Battery In Compact Form Factor

The OnePlus 13T is now official! The phone includes a huge 6,260mAh battery despite having a compact 6.32-inch display. The Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC fuels the phone, while two 50-megapixel cameras are placed on its back. Top-of-the-line specs are included on the inside.
OnePlus has just announced the OnePlus 13T, its flagship compact smartphone. This is a smaller alternative to the OnePlus 13, they’re fueled by the same processor. The two phones do look a bit different, though, especially looking from the back.
The OnePlus 13T comes with a flat display and a centered display camera hole. Its bezels around the display are uniform, and they’re actually really thin. The power/lock button sits on the right-hand side, below the volume up and down buttons.

The alert slider is not present this time around. OnePlus opted to replace it with the Action Button. It’s a customizable key that sits on the left-hand side, and it offers a lot of functionality. It’s called a ‘Shortcut Key’, at least based on machine translation. It can work as a silent/vibration/ringing switch, or you can customize it to perform a ton of other actions.
This handset is thicker than the OnePlus 13. We’ll talk more about that a bit later on. Its frame is flat all around, as is its backplate. There are two cameras included on the back of the phone, in the top-left corner. They’re a part of a camera island that does protrude. It’s also worth noting that the phone has outstanding weight distribution.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite fuels the device, while a 6.32-inch 120Hz OLED display is on offer
The Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC fuels the OnePlus 13T. It’s the exact same chip as the one in the OnePlus 13, not the 7-core version. OnePlus also included up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM inside of the device, along with up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 flash storage. The storage is not expandable.
A 6.32-inch OLED panel is used here, and it’s flat. Its resolution is 2640 x 1216, and 10-bit colors are supported. The same goes for adaptive refresh rate (1-120Hz), HDR10+, HDR Vivid, and Dolby Vision. OnePlus is also using a proprietary P2 display chip here, along with Rain Touch 2.0 protection.

A 6,260mAh battery is placed on the inside here, a silicon-carbon battery. That battery offers considerably more capacity than the one in the OnePlus 13, despite the fact this phone is smaller. As a reminder, the OnePlus 13 includes a 6,000mAh unit.
You will find two cameras on the back of this phone. A 50-megapixel main camera (1/1.56-inch sensor size, Sony’s IMX906 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, OIS) is included, along with a 50-megapixel telephoto unit (2x optical zoom, 4x “lossless zoom”, f/2.0 aperture, OIS).
When it comes to charging, the device supports 80W wired charging. Wireless charging doesn’t seem to be supported here, and the same goes for reverse wired/wireless charging.
The OnePlus 13T ships with Android 15 out of the box, and has a large cooling area
The phone is IP65 certified for water and dust resistance. It has an optical in-display fingerprint scanner and an IR blaster up top. Stereo speakers are included, as is Dolby Atmos support. Android 15 comes pre-installed with ColorOS 15 on top of it. There are two nano SIM card slots here.
The phone also has a 4,400mm² VC cooling area, and the total heat dissipation area is 37,000mm². The 3D structure is close to the chip, adn the heat dissipation efficiency is higher. Nano ice crystal coolant is added too.
It weighs 185 grams, comes in three colors, and it’s quite light
The OnePlus 13T measures 150.81 x 71.70 x 8.15mm, while it weighs 185 grams. It comes in Cloud Ink Black, Heart-Pounding Pink, and Morning Mist Gray colors. The pricing starts at CNY3,399 ($446) for the 12GB RAM model with 256GB of storage, and goes up to CNY4,499 ($617) for the 16GB RAM model with 1TB of storage.
We’re still not sure if the phone is coming to global markets, it remains to be seen. It would surely be nice to see it in other markets, though. Just note that its price tag will be higher if that ends up happening.
