OnePlus 12R’s Price Dropped By $100 On Best Buy’s E-Store

OnePlus launched the OnePlus 12R “flagship killer” smartphone in January last year. It offers a lot of the same powerful specs that make flagship phones what they are but at a more pocket-friendly price tag. The company launched the device at a starting price of $499.99. However, if you are looking to buy the phone at a discounted price, it’s the best time. The Best Buy e-store has permanently dropped the price of the OnePlus 12R.

Best Buy has announced a significant price drop on the OnePlus 12R

Best Buy has dropped the price of both the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 16GB RAM + 256GB storage variants of the OnePlus 12R by $100. Its 8GB RAM variant will now be available for $399.99, down from $499.99 earlier. The company is now offering the phone’s 16GB RAM edition for $499.99, down from $599.99 earlier. You don’t need to apply a discount or something like that, as the reduced pricing is there to stay forever, at least on Best Buy.

At the time of publishing this post, Best Buy is only offering the 16GB/256GB model of the OnePlus 12R at reduced pricing. The 8GB/128GB variant is currently out of stock at the retailer’s online store. It’s worth mentioning that both of the OnePlus 12R models are also out of stock on the brand’s website.

OnePlus 12R highlights

The OnePlus 12R features a curved 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display bearing a resolution of 2,780 x 1,264 pixels and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone packs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 high-end chipset. In the camera department, the device has a 50MP main lens at the rear with Sony’s IMX890 sensor.

An 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP macro lens complement the main lens. For selfies and video calling, the company has included a 16MP camera. The phone is powered by a robust 5,500mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. Lastly, the handset is available in Iron Gray and Cool Blue color variants.
