One UI 7.0 Beta Program Now Available For Galaxy S23 Devices

Just over a week ago, Samsung offered official information about One UI 7. The company confirmed when the stable rollout will begin and the next devices that will receive access to the beta. The blog post stated that the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Tab S10 series, and Galaxy A55 will join the list this month. Samsung is keeping its promise and has opened the One UI 7.0 beta program for the Galaxy S23 lineup.

Unlike what it did with the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, the South Korean giant hadn’t offered a specific date for the arrival of One UI 7.0 beta to the Galaxy S23 devices. The official announcement only said that it would be available “later this month.” Well, it seems the wait after the official beta announcement hasn’t been too long. Although we can’t say that Galaxy device users have waited a short time for One UI 7. In fact, they’re probably the people who are having the most patience waiting for Android 15.

Galaxy S23 series gets One UI 7.0 beta, first in India

One UI 7.0 beta for the S23 lineup is available first for devices in India. Samsung will likely expand the program’s reach to more countries and regions in the coming days. The firmware for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra has the build number S91xBXXU8ZYC3. The download size is a whopping 4.7 GB. This is quite normal considering the large number of changes One UI 7 includes, both aesthetically and functionally. Of course, it includes the March 2025 security patch that Samsung recently began sending out.

Samsung has been working on One UI 7 for many months. It is expected to be the biggest update to the company’s custom Android skin in years. The company has refined the UI and revamped the animation engine. System apps also have a new design to adapt to the new guidelines. Additionally, Samsung has taken customization options to a new level. Samsung will begin the stable rollout in April, and the Galaxy S24 series will be the first to get the OTA.
