Night Becomes Day: Ulefone’s Armor 28 Series Has Insane Night Vision

Ulefone has decided to show us the Armor 28 series’ IR night vision camera in action. The company is doing that via a new video that was published on YouTube.

The Ulefone Armor 28 series phones are equipped with a very capable Night Vision camera setup

Both the Ulefone Armor 28 Pro and Armor 28 Ultra series smartphones have an Ultra Infrared Night Vision camera setup, and that’s one of their main selling features. A 64-megapixel night vision camera is equipped with four infrared LEDs. That’s an upgrade to two LEDs that have been used before.

Ulefone is combining the OmniVision OV64B camera sensor and its advanced NightElf Ultra 3.0 algorithm. Ulefone claims that you can get greater detail and quality compared to security cameras.

In the video below, the company demonstrates this camera setup in action. It’s a 46-second video. The applications for this camera setup are… well, vast. Wherever you need to use a camera in pitch black conditions, you’re good to go.

Ulefone says they can be used for security during nighttime, as a hidden camera in a hotel, for field rescue operations, wildlife observation, and also for general nighttime photography. These are just some examples.

The ‘Ultra’ model is more powerful

The Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. The ‘Pro’ model, on the other hand, includes the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, the same amount of RAM,a nd half the storage.

Both phones feature a 6.58-inch fullHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, a 1.04-inch second display, a massive 10,8000mAh battery, and more.
