Motorola’s $399 Moto G Stylus 5G Punches Way Above Its Weight — And Its Camera Might Just Beat The Pixel 10

Motorola has just announced the Moto G Stylus 5G 2025, and it has some pretty amazing specs for its price – just $399. The thing that really stood out for me was the cameras, especially after seeing the Pixel 10 camera leak last week. The Moto G Stylus 5G 2025 is going to sport better cameras than the Pixel 10, which will cost almost twice as much.

The company has included a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 700C sensor with a f/1.8 aperture. This is the same sensor used on the OPPO Find X8 and OnePlus 13R. It will also use a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 3-in-1 light sensor that is being marketed as a third camera.

Motorola also has a 6.7-inch pOLED display here, with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. This is all powered by a 5,000mAh capacity battery, with 68W TurboPower wired charging. That makes this one of the fastest charging phones in the US, and it’s under $400.

Motorola is offering the Moto G Stylus 5G in blue and…. blue?

The Moto G Stylus 5G comes in two colors. The PANTONE Gibraltar Sea and PANTONE Surf The Web, both of which are blue colors. Basically a darker blue, and a sorta lighter blue. As someone that loves the color blue, I’m perfectly fine with this. However, it is a bit surprising to see this not come in a black or white option.

Of course, this phone does come with a stylus, hence the name. It’s not as feature-rich as the S Pen, but you can still do some sketches, with Sketch to Image AI, as well as Google’s Circle to Search, among other things. There’s also plenty of AI capabilities in Google Photos.

The Moto G Stylus 5G will be available starting on April 17 from Amazon, Best Buy and Motorola’s website, for $399.
