HP Launches New All-In-One & Mini PCs With Copilot+ At CES

CES 2025 continues to bring new interesting products across the board. Some big tech companies have also used the event to announce their new AI-powered PCs with Copilot+ features. HP, one of the best-known brands in the segment, has launched new all-in-one and mini PC options at CES.

Interestingly, none of HP’s new Copilot Plus-enabled products use Qualcomm hardware. The company has announced the OmniStudio X all-in-one—powered by Intel chips—and the Z2 Mini G1a Mini PC—powered by AMD Ryzen AI Max Plus Pro chips.

HP OmniStudio X is an all-in-one AI PC

HP’s latest all-in-one will be available in 31.5- and 27-inch screen options. The 31.5-inch model’s non-touch 4K IPS panel supports HDR 600 and up to 550 nits of brightness. On the other hand, there is more variety when it comes to choosing a 27-inch display. You can set up a 1080p IPS touchscreen with up to 300 nits of brightness. You can also choose a non-touch 1080p screen or a 4K IPS panel without HDR support.

All variants are powered by Intel Core Ultra 7 258V chips. The hardware integrates a powerful 47 TOPS NPU that enables support for all Copilot+ PC features. In terms of connectivity, the all-in-one has USB-A and USB-C ports (10 Gbps and 20 Gbps, DisplayPort output), 1x HDMI 1.4 output port, 1x HDMI 2.1 input port, and an Ethernet port. You’ll also find a 3.5mm audio jack, and you can connect to Wi-Fi 7 on networks with compatible routers.

The OmniStudio X also features speakers and microphones built into its body. There’s a 5MP camera above the display for video calling and face unlock features.

HP Z2 Mini G1a mini PC was also shown at CES 2025

HP claims its Z2 Mini G1a is the “world’s most powerful mini workstation.” The latest AMD Ryzen AI Max Plus Pro chips also enable support for Microsoft’s Copilot Plus PC features. You can configure it with CPUs up to 16 cores and AMD Radeon integrated graphics—8040S, 8050S, or 8060S. You can also add up to 8TB of SSD storage—NVMe—and up to 128GB of unified RAM. The mini PC lets you allocate up to 96GB of RAM to the GPU. This is ideal for graphics-intensive tasks or AI-based projects.

In its compact size, the Z2 Mini G1a Mini PC integrates a power supply. The company also lets you choose between Windows 11 Home or Pro or Ubuntu 24.04 LTS as the pre-installed OS. The device is packed with connectivity possibilities as well. You’ll find USB-C and USB-A ports up to 10Gbps, USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports with 40Gbps (Power Delivery and DisplayPort 2.1 support), mini DisplayPort 2.1 ports, and Ethernet. Plus, you have the option to add additional ports to the back of the product.
