Here’s A Glimmer Of Hope Galaxy S21, S22 & S23 Users Will Get One UI 7 Early

Contents
Summary: There is a glimmer of hope that One UI 7 could arrive early to the Galaxy S21, S22, and S23 users. It is based on a rollout schedule shared for China and Hong Kong. Chances are it won’t happen, though, at least not for global markets. It is vastly different than what was reported initially.
There is a very slight chance that the Samsung Galaxy S21, S22, and S23 series users will get One UI 7 early. A rollout plan for China and Hong Kong looks radically different from the one for Korea and India.
There is a slight chance that the Galaxy S21, S22, and S23 users will get One UI 7 early
Based on the information shared within the Samsung Members app, the Galaxy S21, S22, and S23 series users could get the update as soon as this month. Needless to say, that doesn’t look as realistic, at least as far as global markets are concerned.
Here are all devies tha are mentioned for April 2025: Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, S24 Ultra, Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, S23 Ultra, Galaxy S22, S22 Plus, S22 Ultra, Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, S21 Ultra, Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Z Flip 5, Z Flip 4, Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Z Fold 5, Z Fold 4, Z Fold 3, Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, Tab S10 Plus, Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9 Plus, and Tab S9 Ultra.
For May 2025, these devices are listed: Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8 Plus, Tab S8 Ultra, Galaxy A55, A54, A53, A35, A34, A33, Galaxy M34, M33, Galaxy A25, A16, A15, A14, Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus, Tab S9 FE, Galaxy Tab A9 Plus, Tab A9, Galaxy Tab Active 5, Galaxy Xcover Pro, Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024).
The original rollout plan is vastly different
The original plan that was shared, in South Korea, was spread out to April, May, and June. It was radically different than this, as you can see. The Galaxy S23 series users were said to get the update in April. The Galaxy S22 and S21 series users were penciled down for May 2025.
The thing is, Samsung had to halt the update due to some bugs. We had a week-long pause before it kicked off again very recently. So that could mess with Samsung’s original rollout schedule.
In any case, the update is coming soon. Chances are that this new rollout scheduled from China and Hong Kong won’t happen. Well, at least not for global markets.
