G.SKILL said that its latest memory kits at 96GB can combine high capacity and low latency to provide higher performance for memory-intensive platforms and applications. G.SKILL demonstrated a 96GB kit running tremendously on a ROG Maximus Z890 Hero motherboard with an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor. In this configuration, the kit was able to operate at DDR5-6400 CL30-39-39-39-102 speeds.

G.SKILL’s new memory kit for the AMD AM5 platform

As mentioned earlier, the DDR5-6400 CL30 memory kit also supports AMD platforms, especially the AMD AM5 platform. Furthermore, the tech brand did rigorous testing of this kit on a ROG Crosshair X870E Hero motherboard and an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor. It was able to deliver the same DDR5-6400 CL30-39-39-102 speeds as the Intel processor platform.

G.SKILL’s latest high-performance kits also support the Intel XMP 3.0 memory overclock profile and offer easy overclocking via the BIOS. They will be available in three configurations including 96GB (2x48GB), 64GB (2x32GB), and 48GB (2x24GB). These new memory kits will be available via G.SKILL worldwide distribution partners starting in Q1 2025.

G.SKILL recently also showcased CSO-DIMM DDR5 Memory

G.SKILL recently also introduced its new CSO-DIMM DDR5 high-performance memory kit for the ASRock DeskMini B860 system. This new kit brings a higher transfer speed at low latency to provide improved performance on the Intel Core Ultra 200-based system. This particular ASRock DeskMini B860 model will be the first system to use the new CSO-DIMM memory. This one also flaunts an Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor with 24 cores.
