Exclusive: OnePlus Watch 3 43mm Full Specs

OnePlus has been rumored to be launching a smaller smartwatch for a few months now. Of course, those rumors heated up when OPPO introduced its Watch X2 Mini on April 10. And this morning, OnePlus outright confirmed that a smaller watch is coming, as well as the name – OnePlus Watch 3 43mm.

Now, we’ve been able to obtain exclusive CAD renders of the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm from Onleaks, which show a few design changes from the larger OnePlus Watch 3. But it does still look identical to the OPPO Watch X2 Mini, as expected.

When it comes to specs, the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm should sport a 1.32-inch AMOLED 2.5D display, with a resolution of 466×466. That’s going to be inside a 43mm body, which is a good bit smaller than the 47mm Watch 3. But interestingly enough, barely smaller than the “larger” sizes of the Galaxy Watch 7 and Pixel Watch 3.

As expected, the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm will still run on two operating systems – Wear OS and RTOS. It will also use the same Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor as its larger brother. With 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage included. It will also be available in two colors – white or black.

Battery life will be noticeably shorter

One of the downsides to this smaller smartwatch size is going to be the battery life. This time around, OnePlus has included a 345mAh capacity battery, which is said to offer up to 72 hours of usage. Whereas, the OnePlus Watch 3 has 100 hours of usage (or just over 5 days). Though this number is likely referring to Wear OS usage, with RTOS, you could likely extend it to almost a week.

OnePlus did keep a lot of the other specs from the larger Watch 3, like 5 ATM water resistance, IP68 sensors and tracking, WiFi, and Bluetooth 5.2. Plus an array of sensors including: Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Barometer, Optical Heart Rate Sensor, Optical Pulse Oximeter Sensor, Geomagnetic Sensor, and an Ambient Light Sensor.

OnePlus confirmed today that the Watch 3 43mm will be announced on July 8, 2025.
