Today’s deals are headlined by the Google Mother’s Day event with price drops across the entire Pixel 9 lineup, Pixel Buds Pro 2, and the Pixel Watch 3, but we also spotted an even better deal elsewhere on the unlocked 256GB Pixel 9 at $649, or $250 off (open-box at $347 off). Next up we are moving over to Samsung – the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with the included S Pen dropped to $200 today, Samsung’s 40mm Galaxy Watch 7 at up to $90 off, and it is still offering FREE 2x storage upgrades on Galaxy S25/Ultra. Just be sure to also scope out the Lenovo ThinkPad laptop with 64GB RAM and a 120Hz OLED at 55% off. All of that and more awaits below in today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break.

Google Mother’s Day sale knocks $250 off Pixel 9/Pro, $300 off 9 Pro Fold + deals on Pixel Watch, Buds Pro 2, more
The Google deals are flying this morning. As we detailed at 9to5Google, the Google Store, Amazon, and Best Buy are are all now offering significant price drops across the latest Pixel 9 smartphone lineup alongside the Pixel Watch 3 and the Pixel Buds Pro 2. While there have been some serious one-off price drops on select models, and many of these deals aren’t quite as low as what we saw over Black Friday last year, they are either very close or on par with those offers ahead of Mother’s Day 2025 this year.
Google Pixel 9/Pro deals
Just about all of the Pixel 9 smartphone deals are the same everywhere right now, but you will want to pay close attention to the Pixel 9 Pro offer at Amazon as it is $50 less than just about everywhere else right now in select colorways. And remember, if you’re more interested in the mid-range Pixel 9a that just launched, you can still score a FREE $100 Best Buy gift card with purchase – the details you need on that offer are right here.

Amazon undercuts Google Store deal on unlocked 256GB Pixel 9 at $649 ($250 off), or open-box at $347 off

Samsung’s regularly up to $330 Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with included S Pen drops to $200 today
Amazon is once again bringing back its official Black Friday 2024 price on the affordable Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite at $199.99 shipped in all three colors. This is an official Samsung Galaxy tablet exclusively available via Amazon that debuted around this time last year at $330 alongside an included S Pen. While we have seen several price drops down at $230 since then, today’s is landing within $0.50 of the most readily available discounts we have tracked in that time.
There were a couple on-page offers for a limited-time during Prime Day events and the like last year that brought the price down a touch lower than we have here today, but this is matching the lowest price we have tracked in months at Amazon.
An immediate comparison to consider here for folks looking to land one of the latest ultra-affordable Galaxy tablets is the Galaxy Tab A9+ – it carries a $270 list price and is on sale at Amazon right now for $159.99 shipped. Now $40 less than the Tab S6 Lite and a notable casual option, there are a couple things to keep in mind when making a decision here – the S6 Lite has slightly better specs and includes the Samsung S Pen you won’t get with the Tab A9+. You can learn more about this model in our launch coverage right here.
Beyond that, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite sports a 10.4-inch touchscreen display with S Pen support alongside upgraded software and the Exynos 1280 chip Samsung loaded it up with for the 2024 refresh.

Amazon has Samsung’s 40mm Galaxy Watch 7 at up to $90 off with deals from $210
There are some notable price drops popping up on Amazon today for the latest Samsung Galaxy Watch 7. While there are deals on various models that are undercutting the official Samsung sitetoday, the highlight offer here has the 40mm in green down at $209.99 shipped – that’s $90 off the $300 list price and the best price we can find. It is also the lowest we have tracked on Amazon since the Black Friday/holiday offers in late 2024 for this configuration.
There have been some wild deals on the Galaxy Watch 7, but outside of the one-off Woot discount that sold out quite quickly and the more pricey bundle discounts with the Galaxy S25 smartphone earlier this year, it doesn’t often get better than the $90 off we have here this morning. Even bundled with a Galaxy S25 Ultra the price doesn’t drop quite as low as Amazon does today.
Again the particularly notable price on the most affordable model detailed above is only available on the green variant – the cream is up at $240, or $60 off – but there are some price drops to scope across the various sizes and configurations right now nonetheless:
- Galaxy Watch 7 40mm from $210 (Reg. $300)
- Galaxy Watch 7 40mm LTE from $260 (Reg. $350)
- Galaxy Watch 7 44mm from $240 (Reg. $330)
- Galaxy Watch 7 44mm LTE from $280 (Reg. $380)
These are indeed the lowest prices we can find right now, unless you have some gear to trade-in of course. Samsung will knock as much as $175 off the purchase price on the Galaxy Watch 7 right now via its instant trade-in credit program.

Best Buy now handing out FREE $100 gift cards with Google Pixel 9a purchases
While the Google Store has extended its FREE $100 credit offer on Pixel 9a orders, the Best Buy deal that was initially on deck before the pre-order delays has now gone live. You can now score the new Google Pixel 9a in any color or size with a FREE $100 Best Buy gift card attached.
Google Pixel 9a Best Buy gift card offers:
- Pixel 9a 128GB + $100 Best Buy gift card at $499.99
- Pixel 9a 256GB + $100 Best Buy gift card at $599.99
The e-gift card will be created and sent out after your eligible product is fulfilled or picked up in-store. A valid e-mail address is required to claim the promotional e-gift card. If asked to confirm your e-mail address, you must respond to that e-mail within 60 days to be eligible for this offer.
While there were some targeted Google Store offers for select accounts that stacked the $100 Google Store credit with some straight up savings earlier this week, that appears to have been quite a limited offer.
And again, you can either way still score the same $100 in FREE credit for the Google Store right now – for some this might be just as or even more valuable than a Best Buy credit, but very much not for others.
For me personally, I would rather take $100 to spend at Best Buy. Not only does it already, and will in the future, likely sell all of the same gear you’ll find at the Google Store, but also about a million other things too. You can use this $100 credit at Best Buy on appliances, MacBooks, new Switch 2 games and accessories, and a whole lot more. Combined with the regular slate of deals we feature from the national retailer, and for me it’s actually hard to even make an argument on the Google Store credit.
All of that said, and whichever path you take, there’s still some notable savings to be had with purchases of Google’s latest mid-ranger Pixel 9a smartphone release.
