Then it’s over to the Google ecosystem where you’ll find a huge deal on the unlocked Google Pixel 9 Pro XL at $749, or $350 off the going rate, alongside the best deal we have tracked to date on the Google Pixel 8a at $299, or $200 off – both of these deals likely won’t last for long. We also spotted ASUS’ Expertbook CX54 Chromebook Plus down at one of the best prices ever this morning alongside a host of sweet charging gear and accessories you’ll find down below.

Massive $350 price drop now live on unlocked Google Pixel 9 Pro/XL at $749 shipped, more
Update 3/21: While we did an extremely short-lived offer on the 128GB Pixel 9 Pro XL at $400 off via Amazon, very few had a shot to actually score it as it very quickly jumped up to the $899 sale price we are seeing right now. However, Target it now offering the Obsidian model down at $749 shipped (price appears in the cart at checkout) – that’s still a massive $350 off the regular $1,099 list price and the lowest price we can find right now.

Google Pixel 8a clearance pricing lands ahead of 9a launch down at the $299 all-time low ($200 off)
Target is now looking to clear out Pixel 8a ahead of the Pixel9a launch and is now offering the best price we have tracked down at $299 shipped. This is a regularly $499 unlocked handset that almost never drops below $399 on sale – Target is now offering a straight up $200 price drop to deliver the best deal we have tracked to date the mid-range Google handset.
As of right now Amazon has the Pixel 8a listing starting at $487 with most colorways at the full $499, much like we are seeing at Best Buy.
But Target has the Obsidian black variant down at $299 shipped, or $100 less than the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon to date.
The Pixel 9a is indeed here to replace to 8a with a redesigned satin metal chassis that looks like something more akin to an iPhone to me – Google has done away with the Camera Bar vibe on the back of the handset unlike what we see on the more traditionally-Google flagship Pixel 9 series devices. At the time of writing, the Pixel 9a still isn’t available for pre-order as Google has pushed back the launch of the newly re-designed mid-range device due to component quality issues – all of the details you need on that are right here and we will be closely monitoring the issue and keeping an eye out for early pre-order deals once they come available.
Having said all that, folks not bothered with the latest and greatest can now score a seriously great deal on what was already the most affordable Pixel handset in the current lineup.
A complete rundown of what’s new on the Pixel 9a awaits in our hands-on review to give you a better idea of what’s on the way – this is will likely help you decide whether or not it’s worth waiting for the new model at full price and jumping on this rare all-time low for the Pixel 8a right now (this deal likely won’t last for very long).

Samsung now offering most affordable Galaxy S25 from $300 with enhanced trade-in, more
As the Samsung March Madness sale rolls on, we have already given some attention to the deal we are tracking on the flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra at $300 off with no trade or $900 off with one. But what about the most affordable new Galaxy S25 device? There are some enhanced $500 trade-in valueson the base model right now, you can also score a straight up $60 off the unlocked 256GB model alongside some bonus bundle deals. Details await below.

There’s nothing quite like a brand new Galaxy S25 Ultra for fans of the Samsung ecosystem, but the higher-end device can also be quite a hefty purchase. The base model S25 gets you in the game and for $500 less (before you factor in the deals anyway).
As part of the Samsung March Madness, it is now offering up to $500 off any Galaxy S25 device – that means, providing you have some good condition previous-generation gear to flip, you can land the new base model Galaxy S25 starting at $299.99 shipped. Nice.
For folks who don’t have gear to trade-in, we are tracking a deal on the upgraded 256GB Galaxy S25 that drops its $860 list price down to$799.99 shipped on all colors, including the Samsung exclusive models.
We did see deeper straight up cash deals like this during the pre-order phase, but if you missed out on those and don’t have gear to trade in, you’re basically getting double the storage for FREE here on an upgraded version of the most affordable S25 device there is.
It is also worth keeping in mind the bonus add-on deals available here. Rare deal knocks the latest Matter-certified Google Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen) down to $240 today
Just after seeing a number of major price drops across the current-generation Google Pixel lineup – Pixel 9/Pro smartphones, Pixel Watch 3, Pixel Buds Pro 2, Pixel Tablet, and more, this morning we are turning our attention to the latest Google Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen) that debuted last year. Price drops on this new, updated model have been relatively hard to come since launch, but Amazon is stepping in this morning to knock the list price down to $239.99 shipped in all three colors – within $10 of the all-time low.
Regularly $280, today’s deal is on par with the lowest price drops we have tracked since release last summer outside of the official $230 offer for Black Friday last year. And in the 8 months it has been on the market, this is only the fourth time we have tracked a significant deal price.
The Google Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen) is the first major update on the popular previous-generation model in the better part of a decade. Landing with a borderless onboard display that has been updated for brightness and legibility since release via an OTR upgrade that anyone can access, it is the brand’s “smartest, most advanced thermostat yet.”
The 60% larger display with Dynamic Farsight so you can “see it from across the room” also joins the usual Google Home app control with Alexa voice command action alongside Matter-compatibility “for simple integration into your smart home” and to better manage your HVAC system.
This one also ships with a Nest Temperature Sensor (2nd gen) for even more hyper local readings across your space, as well as wider compatibility – “most 24V systems, including gas, electric, oil, forced air, heat pump, and radiant, and no C wire is required for installation in most homes.”
