Discounts on the latest Google TV Streamer 4K have been hard to come by, but Amazon just knocked it down to $84.99 shipped. Regularly $99, this is nearly 15% off the going rate and a rare chance to score one with a discount.

Outside of a couple less than desirable third-party seller offers, this is essentially only the second time we have tracked a discounted price on the Google TV Streamer 4K at Amazon. While not the best we have seen, today’s offer is within $6 of the all-time low at Amazon and, again, a rare chance to save nonetheless.

The Google TV Streamer 4K debuted last summer to replace the old Chromecast with Google TV (4K) from years ago. Featuring a new set top box-style design, it also comes with an upgraded processor (“22% faster”), double the memory, and 32GB of onboard storage.

It, of course, provides 4K HDR video resolution as well as Dolby Vision and support for Dolby Atmos audio alongside the redesigned remote you’ll find in the box – “use your voice to find shows, get answers, and control smart home devices; the customizable button lets you open your favorite app or the home panel in one click; and easily find your lost remote by making it ring.”

That’s $70 off the regular $280 list price and the lowest price we can find on a new condition unit. Today’s $70 price drop on the Google Nest Cam with Floodlight lands as the second-lowest price we have tracked on Amazon this year. Deals across 2025 have been relatively hard to come by, having only popped a couple times before today and maxing out at $80 off via Amazon.

Having said all that, Best Buy’s open-box listings continue to be a great source for even better prices on Google Nest gear when the “excellent condition” units are in-stock. The wonderful Sony XM6 over-ear ANC wireless headphones are now officially out in the wild – I’m really loving these things, but for folks looking for an in-ear solution, the $100+ price drops are now live on the latest Sony XM5 set again. Regularly $300, or more like $298, you can now score a set down at $198 shipped on Amazon. This is matching our previous mention and the lowest price we can find.

While we have seen these buds go for less than this previously, those deals have either come from less than desirable retailers or have been quite short-lived. Anything better than $229 on the XM5 buds is a solid deal and that’s exactly what we have here today – the Amazon all-time low is $180, so we are within $18 today.

The Sony XM5 wireless earbuds are easily a top 5 option you’ll find anywhere right now, perhaps even top 3. That said, you will want to keep in mind that you can score Apple’s flagship AirPods Pro 2 down at $169 shipped right now, never mind the AirPods 4 starting from $100.
