Now this is tech that can get your mouth watering. Literally. It’s also an interesting smart home addition because it’s probably not the typical thing you think about when you think about smart home. Aided by Brisk It’s Vera 2.0 cooking AI software and features, the Zelos-450 is capable of simplifying the grilling process so virtually anyone can cook up a nice meal. It has several features to make things easier including the ability to serve you up some recipes if you aren’t sure what to cook. That should be a feature everyone can appreciate because we’ve all been there. One minute you’re jazzed up about firing up the grill for some BBQ, the next you’re scratching your head because you have no idea what to throw on it.

There are a lot of ways the Vera 2.0 software can make your cooking life easier. For starters, it can re-create recipes for you. Briks It says it can even give you customizable tweaks to make it your own. That sounds pretty simple to us. But it gets even simpler.
Snapping a photo of ingredients or a dish can also result in specialized meal plans. This could come in handy for people who have certain dietary preferences or restrictions. It’s also possible to use the Vera software to get recipe inspiration while out shopping for groceries. And in doing so, you can be sure you have everything you need while you’re still at the store. Because nobody likes having to go back for a missed ingredient once they’ve gotten home.

Look, it’s easy to be skeptical of cooking hardware that takes over for you. And no doubt purists will scoff at the idea of BBQ that wasn’t crafted by human hands the whole way.
