AH Real Deal: Samsung’s 77-Inch S84D OLED TV Is Now $1,700 Off

This is a 77-inch TV which is a decent size for watching something like the big game. Normally it would cost you $3,299.99 if it was available at full retail price, but Best Buy currently has it on sale for $1,700 off. This brings the final price that you would pay today down to $1,599.99.

That’s a really good price for one of Samsung’s better TVs, and to top that off it’s an OLED panel with a large display. OLED is excellent for showing incredibly vivid colors with deep blacks. So you end up with more contrast on-screen with a higher distinction between bright and dark parts of every scene.

This is also a decent TV for gaming if you want something with a big screen. First and foremost, it’s an OLED panel so your games are going to look pretty nice here. The S84D also has a 120Hz panel, so it’ll be great for PS5 or Xbox Series X games that support 120 frames per second. So games like Call of Duty, Fortnite, and other similar titles.

This TV also has Samsung’s Object Tracking Sound lite feature. This is excellent for movies and really anything. Because Object Tracking Sound Lite enables the sounds of certain stuff to move along the screen in the direction objects are moving. Plus, this TV supports Dolby Atmos and the combination of these two things really makes for an immersive experience with your entertainment.

This is also a smart TV so you get access to several apps to stream content. Which is always nice to have.
