The Pixel 9 Pro XL Is A Steal At Just $699 Right Now On Amazon

It seems that Amazon is outdoing the substantial $200 discounts offered on the Google Store these past few days, with the Pixel 9 Pro XL is a steal as it’s down to an astounding $699 right now.

To put this deal into perspective, ordinarily, the Pixel 9 Pro XL retails for $1,099 in the US. This actually puts the biggest and best model in the late-2024 Pixel lineup under the original retail price of the base Pixel 9 ($799) – which is an astounding discount for anyone looking for a solid Android phone and undercuts all of the recent best deals on the device by $200 – yes, $200.

To put this price into further context, a used or refurbished 9 Pro XL is hard to get at this price from sites like Swappa and eBay. This deal is for new, unlocked models.

At the moment, the deal only appears to apply to Hazel and Obsidian models of 128GB variant of the Pixel 9 Pro XL. Sadly, no other models offer such big discounts. To compound that problem, the smaller Pixel 9 Pro is being sold at a more expensive $749 for all 128GB variants. However, this is still lower than the Google Store if you want the smaller flagship model.

For most people, this makes the Pixel 9 Pro XL a steal at $699. You’re getting one of Google’s best devices with a 7-year update plan, a solid camera system, and a year of the Gemini Advanced plan, all under similar competitors. If you want a smooth experience and don’t care about having the highest-end specifications, you simply can’t go wrong.
