TCL is launching its new QM7K series of TVs today. This is being added to their 2025 line of TVs which started with the QM6K at CES back in January.
QM7K offers a complete upgrade to the mini LED system, which is going to provide stunning picture accuracy, the Halo Control System which features a bunch of advanced technologies for the entire lineup. Which, includes TVs from 55 inches up to 115 inches.
TCL says that the QM7K offers higher peak brightness than its predecessor, for an even more impressive HDR experience. The company has also included a new CrystGlow HVA Panel which is an anti-reflective panel and looks amazing. Additionally, TCL is including premium audio from Bang & Olufsen.
The new QD-Mini LED backlight technology is able to work with the new HVA Panel to block out more light when in a dark state. Which is able to provide up to 5x native contrast.
TCL’s QM7K is stunning for gameplay
Whether you’re gaming on a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, or PC, the QM7K is going to provide a pretty incredible experience. This is thanks to features like a 144Hz native panel refresh rate, Game Accelerator 288, and up to 288Hz VRR. This is all on top of the stunning visuals that the QM7K provides, with up to HDR3000 brightness, Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, and HDR10. It also has Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X on the audio side, with Bang & Olufsen speakers inside.
All of this is powered by the TCL AiPQ Pro Processor, which is able to handle such fast refresh rates and also provide stunning picture quality. It’s able to upscale content to 4K, making 720p and 1080p content look better than ever before.
The new TCL QM7K is available starting today. The 55-inch model starts at $1,299, and goes up to a 115-inch, which will cost $19,999. TCL says that the 55, 65, 76 and 85-inch models are available today, while the 98, and 115-inch models will be available later on. TCL is also offering customers a $500 Visa gift card for a limited time after purchase.
