Samsung isn’t altering the price too much with its Galaxy S25 series, which means you’re looking at the same price for the Galaxy S25 Ultra compared to its Galaxy S24 series counterpart. Prices are staying the same for their base cost, so, Samsung is giving consumers a pretty good value with all the updates these new devices have.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will start at a price of $1,299.99 for the 256GB model, which is the same price Samsung was charging for the base model of the Galaxy S24 Ultra when it launched in 2024. Samsung also offers two other storage capacity variants of the Galaxy S25 Ultra that come with 512GB and 1TB, respectively.
As for the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus, prices start at $799.99 for the Galaxy S25 for the 128GB model, and go up to $859.99 for the 256GB model. The Galaxy S25 Plus starts at $999.99 for 256GB, and goes up to $1,119.99 for the 512GB model.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is available from Samsung directly as well as Amazon and all major US carriers. That means you can choose to order it online and have it shipped directly to you, or you can walk into a carrier store and walk out with it. Whichever you prefer. With regard to carriers, you can get the Galaxy S25 Ultra at AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Xfinity Mobile, USCellular, Boost Mobile, and Visible, just to name a few.
You can also get the Galaxy S25 Ultra through Google Fi, which you might find surprising given it’s Google’s service, and you’d think Google would only offer Pixel phones. On the contrary, though. Google Fi has a wide variety of device options. Including the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
