Ahead of the March 4 launch, a full collection of images of the both the Nothing Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro have hit the web, revealing the full design and core specs.
Nothing has been drip-feeding Phone (3a) series details for the past few weeks, but a new report from Android Headlines reveals a lot of the details we didn’t already know, including full images of both devices.
The Nothing Phone (3a) has a new Pixel-looking camera module that includes the two existing sensors – main and ultrawide – as well as a new 2x telephoto camera. Nothing Phone (3a) Pro has the same array on the back, but with a wildly different design and 3x optical zoom from its periscope camera. Both devices use 50MP main cameras, 8MP ultrawide, and 50MP telephoto, while the Pro has a 50MP selfie camera and the standard Phone (3a) has a 32MP front-facing shooter.
Designs between the two phones are interesting, to say the least.
Nothing’s signature Glyph lighting system remains, and the curvy lines of the Phone (3a) are swapped with some angular designs. As mentioned, the Phone (3a) has a camera module that looks very similar to certain Google Pixel releases, but it’s Nothing Phone (3a) Pro that really stands out here with a funky-looking array of camera sitting within the same footprint as the cheaper device.
Nothing teased this design earlier this week alongside a camera comparison.
The report goes on to mention that both phones share the same 6.77-inch display and measure 163.52mm x 77.5mm, but the Pro is slightly thicker at 8.39mm to the Phone (3a)’s 8.35mm. The Pro is also 10g heavier than the 201g Phone (3a). The extra button, presumably a camera shortcut, is also clearly visible.
Other details mentioned include Android 15 out of the box, “50% charge in 19 minutes,” and “Panda Glass” over the display. Nothing Phone (3a) is shown in black and white color variants, while Phone (3a) Pro is shown in black and gray colors.
Nothing Phone (3a) series will launch on March 4.
