Lenovo Announces Its First Android Tablet Aimed At Creatives And Students

Amongst the many other products that Lenovo is bringing to CES 2025, it is also announcing the Yoga Tab Plus. This is the company’s first tablet lineup for Creatives and Students, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It does include a hybrid assistant and a spark of creativity, giving users the flexibility to enjoy cloud-based AI solutions like Lenovo AI Note writing assistant and AI transcript for real-time voice-to-text conversion from one language to another.

This tablet does include a stunning 12.7-inch 3K anti-reflection PureSight Pro display with 900 nits in high brightness mode, 144Hz refresh rate, and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. Inside, you’ll find a massive 10,200mAh capacity battery, along with four woofers and two tweeters tuned by Harman Kardon.

Lenovo is also announcing the Idea Tab Pro, which Is powered by the Dimensity 8300 processor, and it also has the same display as the Yoga Tab Plus. And finally, there’s the Lenovo Tab, which is a lower-end tablet with a smaller 10.1-inch display.

The new Lenovo Yoga Slim 9i is a stunning OLED laptop

Lenovo also has the Yoga Slim 9i here at CES 2025, which has a 98% screen-to-body ratio PureSight Pro OLED display, and it also features the world’s first camera-under-display technology in a laptop. Let’s hope the camera quality is better than what we’ve seen with smartphones.

Lenovo also has the Yoga Book 9i, which is being called a portable creative studio. It’s thinner, lighter, and somehow sports a larger battery this year at 88Whr. It sports dual 14-inch OLED PureSight touch displays, giving you plenty of workspace when you’re on the go. The displays do support 100% DCI-P3 color space, with 120Hz VRR.

Lenovo is also announcing the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition, which is another convertible Copilot+ PC that is able to expand the horizons of creativity so users can express themselves faster thanks to a new crop of Intel Core Ultra processors. It does sport a pretty bright 1100 nits peak brightness 14-inch OLED display too, and a massive 75Whr battery. Weighing in at just 2.91 lbs.

Pricing and availability

Finally, let’s talk pricing and availability. The Yoga Slim 9i will be available in February with a starting price of $1,849. The Yoga Book 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition will be available in February for $1,599.

As for the Yoga Book 91 that will be available in May for $1,999.

Moving onto the tablets, the new Yoga Tab Plus will be available later this month for $699. The Idea Tab Pro is available in April for $349 and the Lenovo Tab in June for $159.
