  • Google’s Austin retail store opens on May 30, 2025, at Domain Northside in Texas.
  • This is Google’s second US store opening in 2025, after Santa Monica in March.
  • The Austin store will offer Pixel phones, Nest devices, repairs, and Google merchandise.

While Google may be making some of the best Android smartphones on the market, its physical retail presence in the US has long lagged behind competitors like Samsung and Apple. That said, the company has been working to improve this, opening new stores across the country from time to time. Earlier this year, Google announced a new store coming to Texas — and now, we finally have an official opening date.

As spotted by 9to5Google, Google’s official retail store listing confirms that its next store, located at Domain Northside in Austin, Texas, will open on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 10 AM CT (11 AM ET). The store is located at 11701 Domain Blvd, Suite 164, Austin, TX 78758, situated in an outdoor shopping area surrounded by other retailers, residential spaces, and corporate offices.

This will be Google’s second physical store opening in the US this year. The company previously opened a new location in Santa Monica, California, back in March.

Like other Google stores, the Austin location will showcase the company’s full hardware lineup, including the latest Pixel 9 smartphones, smartwatches, earbuds, tablets, and more. The store is also expected to offer Nest smart home products and Fitbit health devices. In addition to product demos and purchases, customers will be able to schedule repair and service appointments, and shop exclusive Google-branded merchandise.

The Austin store will bring the number of Google retail locations in the US to seven. The company already operates stores in Chelsea, Williamsburg, Newbury Street, Oakbrook, Santa Monica, and one near its Mountain View headquarters. There are also rumors of a new store opening in Washington, DC, later this year, though Google has not confirmed that yet.
