Ahead of Unpacked next week, the full spec sheets of all three models have been leaked by Arsène Lupin over on X.
The spec sheets, which are included below, are not all that surprising. They are essentially what we expect to see from a 2025 flagship smartphone launch from Samsung. That includes a 6.2-inch display on the Galaxy S25, 6.7-inch on Galaxy S25 Plus and 6.9-inch on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. All of these also have refresh rates up to 120Hz, and peak brightness of 2,600 nits. Additionally, all three are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, with 12GB of RAM.
What’s interesting here, is that it lists 1TB of storage on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, with 12GB of RAM. While other leaks have pointed to the higher-end storage models having 16GB of RAM. Now this could be limited to certain markets, to keep pricing down. So we’ll have to wait until next week to see.
Battery capacities are still about the same as expected, with Galaxy S25 having a 4,000mAh capacity battery, Galaxy S25 Plus with 4,900mAh, and Galaxy S25 Ultra at 5,000mAh. The two larger models will get 45W charging, while the Galaxy S25 is still stuck at 25W charging, unfortunately. And of course, the charger is not included in the box, anyway.
Galaxy Unpacked will answer all of your questions
At 10AM PT on Wednesday, Galaxy Unpacked will answer all of your questions and that includes pricing. Which we are still unsure of right now. But we should learn more about pricing at Unpacked. Some believe that Samsung will increase the price again this year, though keep in mind that the Galaxy S24 Ultra did get a price increase last year (as did the Galaxy Z Fold 6). While the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus both kept their same prices.
