The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is confirmed to launch later this month, by the company’s CEO himself. With that being said, earlier today, we exclusively showed you six images of the device itself. Now, we have another exclusive, sharing the Xiaomi 15 Ultra’s global specifications.

Everything you see here is related to the global variant, there could be some differences in China. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. That is Qualcomm’s most powerful chip.
The device will include a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 3200 x 1440. It will offer an adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120Hz. The Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0 is set to protect the phone’s display.
90W wired & 50W wireless charging will be included
A 5,410mAh battery will power the phone. You’ll be able to quickly recharge it thanks to 90W HyperCharge, 80W wireless HyperCharge, and 10W reverse wireless charging. The charger will likely be included in the box, at least in Europe, we’re still not sure. Also, in other regions, the battery capacity and charging speeds could be different.
Xiaomi will include Android 15 on the device, along with HyperOS 2. You’ll get an in-display fingerprint scanner, an ultrasonic one, and stereo speakers. There will be two SIM card slots included, and Type-C USB 3.2 Gen 2. The phone will also be IP68 certified for water and dust resistance.
A powerful quartet of cameras sits on the back
Now, the cameras. Four will be included on the back. A 50-megapixel main camera will utilize Sony’s LYT-900 sensor, a 1-inch type sensor. OIS will also be included in the package. A 50-megapixel ultrawide camera (Samsung’s JN5 sensor) will also be included, as will a 50-megapixel telephoto unit (Sony’s IMX858 sensor, 3x optical zoom, OIS).
The last camera on the back will also be the biggest upgrade compared to the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Xiaomi opted for a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. Xiaomi will use Samsung’s HP9 sensor, and this camera will offer 4.3x optical zoom. On the front, you’ll find a 32-megapixel snapper.
Two storage options will be available… in some markets
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will measure 161.3 x 75.3 x 9.48mm, while it will weigh 229 grams. The global model will include 16GB of RAM and will be available in 512GB and 1TB of storage. Well, at least in Europe. The 512GB storage option will be widely available, while the 1TB storage model will be exclusive to some regions.
