At MWC 2025, Oppo has announced that it will now deliver “an average” of monthly AI updates to its users.
Oppo, like virtually every other tech brand, is focusing pretty heavily on expanding what users can do on its phones with the help of AI. To meet “growing demand,” Oppo says it plans to start delivering at least one new “AI update” per month for devices such as the Find N5.
These updates will apparently include Oppo’s own apps, as well as Gemini updates from Google.
Oppo says:
To meet users’ growing demand, OPPO will deliver an average of one new AI update per month. New AI innovations like AI Search and integration of OPPO applications with Google Gemini are coming to the OPPO Find N5 soon.
The company detailed AI Call Translator and AI VoiceScribe as two examples of upcoming AI features.
AI Call Translator, which interprets calls in multiple languages in real-time, and AI VoiceScribe, offering multi-use voice summarization across voice calls, online learning, and meetings, are coming to OPPO devices via a future update.
