Artificial Intelligence (AI) has gradually started taking over the daily lives of many in one way or another. But little did we know that AI could also come in handy for stress management. BlueSignum, the company behind the digital journaling app DailyBean, has developed a stress management solution using artificial intelligence, which it calls Lime AI. The AI assistant will be launched at an upcoming mobile event in Barcelona, Spain.

When you find yourself in a stressful situation with no one backing you up, managing stress can be overwhelming. Launching at the upcoming MWC 2025, Lime AI provides personalized insights and guidance when you are in a stressful situation, anytime, anywhere.
The company, in its press release, notes that Lime AI is backed by “professional psychological research and cutting-edge AI technology” and redefines stress management. Now, you may ask: How will Lime AI do all that? The Stress Session, a key feature of Lime AI, lets you vent your feelings and discuss what’s weighing you down.
Lime AI will listen to everything you have to say and identify the key stress factors. The stress-managing AI assistant then will reveal your “potential strengths and hidden resources.” At the end of the session, Lime AI will provide you with a Stress Analysis, which will include a comprehensive breakdown of your situation.
You’ll also get a Strategy Card that will tell you about various stress management techniques. It’ll also include a personalized to-do list of actual steps that you can immediately apply during a stressful situation. What’s nice is that the Lime AI app offers both text and voice interactions, enabling you to use it anywhere.
The AI assistant will be available on Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in the near future
The company says that Lime AI will also launch for Apple CarPly and Android Auto down the line. This is because the company wants to help people cope with stress “while commuting, running errands, or taking a drive.” Speaking of AI, let’s not forget that OpenAI has just launched GPT-4.5, which is the company’s biggest and best AI model yet.
