Oppo Find N5 Leak Doesn’t Leave Much To The Imagination For OnePlus Open 2 [Gallery]

The Oppo Find N5 is looking like a stunning foldable in new leaks, which only means the OnePlus Open 2 will look just as good when it comes out. These new leaks showcase every side of the Find N5 in every color.

It’s no secret that the Find N5 is very likely to be the phone on which the OnePlus Open 2 is based. We saw it with the Find N3 and original Open, and we’re expecting it again. If new leaks have anything to add, both foldable are shaping up to be excellent devices on the hardware side.

Fresh Find N5 leaks have cropped up via Evan Blass’ newsletter. The leaks come as one large image with the Oppo Find N5 shown in three colors — purple, white, and black. The phone is shown in stages from closed to open and everything in between. It’s the in-between that showcases how thin the phone actually is, though past leaks do the comparison a little more justice. This leak shows us what the OnePlus Open 2 will essentially look like.

What’s important about this leak is that it’s our first look at the full phone, which has really only been shots of how thin it is. These photos showcase a body and frame that look a lot like the original Find N3 and OnePlus Open, though they take on a sleeker design. It’s worth noting that OnePlus will bring a different camera design to its iteration.

One immediate change does stand out. The framing around the screen is a lot thinner, leaving very little material next to the outer display. This is a huge improvement and one that will be evident in the entire foldable market. The Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold, for instance, still leaves a lot of material on the left side of the outer display. The Find N5 does not, essentially allowing the glass to meet the hinge.

There is still no official word on availability or price for either device, though the release is likely to be up soon.
