After months of waiting, Google’s official Pixel 9 Pro Fold case is back in stock at the Google Store.
The accessory situation for Pixel 9 Pro Fold has been bleak for a while. Just a few weeks after the device went on sale, the Google Store was devoid of most options, including the official case from Google directly. The official case went back in stock back in late November, but only with the black color available, and it was gone within a few days.
As of February 6, Google has now restocked all three color options for its official Pixel 9 Pro Fold case.
Obsidian, Porcelain, and Aloe case options are all now available for purchase and shipping quickly from the Google Store. We purchased one Aloe case this morning with an estimated delivery date in mid-February.
The official 9 Pro Fold case is available from the Google Store, and generally not available elsewhere. Verizon does often keep the black one in stock.

The appeal of Google’s official case is its price, which is below the average for name-brand case options for the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, and it’s slim fit. The case is comfortable to hold and fits the foldable well without any major compromises.
That’s not to say there aren’t excellent third-party options available. In December, we reviewed the Thinborne case for the 9 Pro Fold which is one of the only good options available with built-in magnets for MagSafe and Qi2 accessories.
