Razer’s Wolverine V3 Controllers Now Come In A Slick White

Razer has just announced the White collection for its Wolverine V3 line, which consists of two controllers. The Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition and the Wolverine V3 Pro, now in White, are both for the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. Both controllers also work with Xbox One and PC. So you’ll be able to use either controller with any of those platforms.

The original Razer Wolverine V3 Pro was released in August of 2024, so it’s been a little over six months since then. Prior to the launch of this new white model, the controller was only available in Razer’s signature matte black color. The same goes for the Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition. This is really nothing out of the ordinary though. Razer tends to launch only one color for many of its peripherals, especially its controllers. Following up with additional options months later.

The Razer Wolverine V3 line in white offers the same features

It’s important to note that the new white color of the Wolverine V3 line doesn’t come with any new features. That is to say, they’re the same exact controllers as the black color of each model. Save for the color itself.

That being said, these are perfect for anyone who already has an all-white setup for their gaming station. Got a white desk, white PC case, and white console? Then this is the controller for you. That is if you’re looking for a pro controller for your Xbox and PC games. The Wolverine V3 Pro and the Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition are pretty similar when it comes to features. The main difference is that the Wolverine V3 Pro is a wireless controller.

It has the option to connect via the included USB-A to USB-C cable too. Primarily, however, it syncs up with your chosen platform through the wireless USB adapter. It also has Chroma RGB lighting, and it comes with a carrying case. Two things the Tournament Edition does not offer.

Both controllers offer Hall Effect joysticks and Hall Effect analog triggers with mouse click trigger stops. In addition, they both have the Razer Mecha Tactile Action buttons. In short, the actual functionality between the two models will be the same. You just have to decide if you want to be able to play without being tethered to a cable or not.

Both controllers are available today starting at $99.99

If you’re looking to get one of these controllers for your setup, both models are on sale now. You can pick them up directly from Razer as well as through retailers like Amazon. They should eventually show up at Best Buy, too. For now, though, Best Buy does not seem to be carrying them.

The Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition in white will be $99.99, and the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro in white will be $199.99. These are the same prices as their black counterparts. So you aren’t paying a premium for a special color this time. Also worth noting is that if you buy the V3 Pro in white from Amazon, there’s currently a 30% coupon you can redeem that brings the price down to $139.99.
