With new services like ChatGPT (and foreign competitors like DeepSeek) thriving, DOJ’s sweeping remedy proposals are both unnecessary and harmful.”

Google will appeal the Court’s decision

Google highlighted once again that it disagrees with the Court’s decision and that it will appeal it. Before that happens, however, the Court must decide what remedies best address its liability decision.

Following that, Google decided to break down why it thinks that the Court’s decision would hurt America’s consumers, economy, and technological leadership.
