One UI 7 Begins Rolling Out Widely In Europe

The One UI 7 rollout was slated for April 10, and Samsung has made good on that promise with a massive rollout now well underway in Europe.

A vast number of confirmation posts with build numbers has been growing on the /r/OneUI subreddit with vast swathes of Europe now getting the One UI 7 update on their eligible devices. For now the rollout is beginning with the Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 Ultra plus Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6. This is expected to expand to more devices including the S23 series, S24 FE, plus more foldable phones in the coming week.

According to this popular subreddit many S24 series owners are confirming the rollout and many have received One UI 7 on their phones, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Switzerland, the UK, plus many more are all seeing the OTA arrive in good time. The US is expected later today per Samsung’s own timeline.

Given the extended beta and almost 6 months since the stable release of Android 15 for Pixel phones, this is long overdue but still a welcome update. One UI 7 has improved drastically and is easily among the best ways to experience Android today:

A ton of new features are bundled in here including improvements to the camera experience, Samsung Weather app, and even improved live notifications courtesy of the brand-new Now Bar. Other improvements include better animations, enhanced and updated homescreen widgets, and an overall extra level of polish not seen on Samsung phones for al long time.
