This information comes from Max Jambor, who simply wrote “OnePlus : Pagani” on X, followed by the two hands emoji, which symbolizes a book-style foldable. Abhishek Yadav, another tipster, reshared that post and flat-out said it’s a foldable phone.
So… what’s going on here? Your guess is as good as ours. Considering that OnePlus officially confirmed it, we’re not expecting to see a foldable phone from the company in 2025. Could this be its upcoming foldable for 2026?
Well, that’s the only explanation that comes to mind. That codename is also somewhat revealing, or could be revealing. ‘Pagani’, for those of you who don’t know, is an Italian manufacturer of sports cards and carbon fiber components. It’s officially called Pagani Automobili.
Don’t expect this handset to arrive in 2025, though
So, unless OnePlus is planning to launch yet another iteration of the OnePlus Open, which is not likely at all, this phone will not be coming in 2025. There is, of course, a possibility that OnePlus changed its mind following the backlash, but that’s also not as likely.
Many people have been expecting the OPPO Find N5 to be re-released as the OnePlus Open 2 this year. The OPPO Find N3 because the OnePlus Open in some markets, and the same was expected out of the Find N5.
The OPPO Find N5 is actually the world’s thinnest foldable, and it has a lot going for it. It’s also quite light, has great battery life, and much, much more. Quite a few people were excited about it, but along with OnePlus, OPPO also managed to disappoint some users.
The company confirmed that the OPPO Find N5 will not be sold in Europe. As expected, it’s not coming to the US either. It’s currently only available in some Asia-Pacific countries.
